You can search and download the app on your mobile phone. There are QR codes for Android and IOD systems in the product manual. Just follow the steps to scan the code to download the app. There is no need to use CD-ROM software.

⭐ Why can’t the product connect?

Please first determine whether you are purchasing the wifi version or the Bluetooth version. The wifi version requires the phone's wifi to be turned on to connect. If the phone's wifi is turned off, it will automatically disconnect.

Operating procedures:

(1) When the product is plugged into the car's OBD interface, a light that is always on means it is powered on.

(2) Then turn on Bluetooth/wifi on the phone for matching. It must be matched before opening the mobile APP to run it.

It must be powered on first, then connected to Bluetooth/wifi, and then open the mobile app. If your order is wrong, it will fail to connect.】

⭐ How to connect to wifi / bluetooth?

(1) The name of the wifi version is OBD2.

(2) If it is a Bluetooth version, the Android system needs to select obd2 and the password is 1234; the IOS system needs to select obdble and there is no password.

⭐ What should I do if the car cannot connect to OBD2 Bluetooth?

The Bluetooth name connected to Apple phones is: OBDBLE; the Bluetooth name connected to Android phones is: OBDII.

Generally, OBDII Bluetooth will appear in the Bluetooth list later, just wait for a while.

The default connection password is: 1234, or 0000.
